ONLINE PROGRAM DESIGN / COACHING

In an online program design/coaching program with the Paul Assad (me) you will receive:

• Monthly programming delivered to you

• Weekly video review of your kicks, punts or snaps

• Access to detailed breakdowns for every video!

Video Instructions

Using a mount or having a some one film you.

• The camera should be stationary

• The entire player from start to finish of clip should be entirely in the shot including approach for kicks and blocking / release for snaps

• Video 3 angles (front side and rear). If you can’t be straight on the preferred angle is 45 degrees off the kicking leg for (Kick Offs and Field Goals)

• The preferred distance is video from approx 5-10 feet including the approach and finish.

• Duration clips should be 4 - 10 seconds each max edit the clip if you need to before sending.

• Send the clip via email or social media (Instagram DM or facebook messenger) for top quality. Texting an mms is the worst quality.
